Do you dream about a dump truck with a crossmember-less design? How about one with a wide main frame and diamond shaped sides that delivers maximum strength without wasted dead weight? Then Tiger General has the dump body for you! This blog tells you why Beau-Roc Dump Truck Bodies are what you need.
What are they used for?
Dump trucks are used across so many industries such as mining and construction to transport materials of all kinds. In most industries, loose materials such as sand, dirt, gravel and concrete are commonly transported. The truck as a whole consists of an open box attached to hydraulics. The open box is hinged at the rear which allows the front of the bed to be lifted by the hydraulics and the contents to be deposited on the ground behind the truck.
Dump Truck Body Design
Beau-Roc prides themselves in creating the strongest and lightest steel dump trucks in the industry. The Diamond Line bodies takes durability to a new level for a standard dump truck. There are many different types of steel, and they come in many grades ranging from A-36 all the way to AR-450. Steel is ideal for carrying materials such as asphalt, gravel and concrete as they are abrasive and can cause structural damage to lower grade dump trucks. However, for Beau-Roc dump trucks this isn’t an issue. With the Diamond Line bodies constructed using AR-450 steel structural damage is a thing of the past.
There’s more to the Diamond Line dump trucks than just being constructed out of AR-450 steel. Our trucks come standard with a one-piece tapered floor–this makes for quicker clean-outs by eliminating catch points for loads. In addition, our trucks also help companies save on every mile driven, with up to 7% in fuel savings. Finally, if the top-quality design doesn’t convince you, maybe the warranty will–the Diamond Line dump trucks come with a two-year warranty.
